SHIPPING
*Please note that our Shipping Policy has changed June 24, 2021*
DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC, PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE ALL ORDERS.
Shipping fees are a flat rate of $7.95-Standard and $24.75-Express, If the total (excluding taxes) is $100.00 or more, then standard ground shipping is free. Currently we only ship to the U.S.
Estimated STANDARD shipping time is 3-5 business days.
Estimated EXPRESS shipping time is 1-3 business days.
*All orders will ship on or before the next business day. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us before finalizing your order so that we can ensure we can accomodate your request.
**If you are purchasing from the Mobile area, please email or call in order for in-store pick-up. Otherwise, shipping fees will apply.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Due to the pandemic, We are not currently accepting returns of any kind and are unsure of when we can safely return to our previous exchange policy for regular priced merchandise.
FINAL SALE
Discounted items are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you purchased an item on sale or clearance, the item is final sale. Swimwear, shapewear, and body suits are FINAL SALE.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund as well as shipping cost. Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
Majority issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled due to one or more of your items selling out since your order was processed
- Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. For refunds, please call for email us directly with images of your defective, or incorrect item.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
